WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN! Kept trying to get picked up, call center wouldn’t help and store wouldn’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service and car had TRASH IN IT!

Me and my wife rented a car from here 3-4 months in advance for our vacation. The day we showed up to pick up the car, they told us we could not get the car because our credit score was too low. Why did they wait until the last minute to tell us. It screwed up our entire vacation. This place sucks, go to enterprise rent a car, they are so much better. Never a problem with enterprise.
Very rude and unprofessional. No customer service. Lasdy at the counter acts like she is selling out of a trap house not a car rental location
