Arrived to pick up and was told that I could not rent without a credit card even though I had already verified and prepaid. Then when my sister was willing to use her credit card they refused and told us that they couldn't honor my price or make a reservation for us. They were rude, condescending and demeaning. Bad customer experience, had to call corporate to even cancel a reservation. Went with a superior rental service after I was charged without even getting a vehicle. Don't waste your time or money here, seriously. They ruin honeymoons.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I went to drop off my rental car today, and the building was open, the sign said open, door was unlocked, employee was inside, and lights were on. As I walked to the door to grab the handle and walk in, a little girl about 7 years old, that was inside the building with her parent (the employee) ran over to the door and quickly rushed to flip the sign from open to closed in front of my face.
