Don’t make the same mistake I did picking this location, read the reviews they will take your money and reservation and give you no notice they don’t have a car until you go there in person. Wasted an entire day of my vacation. Awful owner awful place

Rented a car here just before the most recent snow storm that passed through the area. I reserved the car that morning online and picked up same day. The guy working the counter was very friendly, got me in and out in no time with very little haggling. The car was in great condition. No issues at all. When it was time to return the car, they were closed due to the snow, so I dropped the car off and put the keys in the drop box outside. I had confirmed reservation for passenger van today , which got confirmed month ago and charged full amount on my card. But they called me one hour before pick up saying no vehicle available and canceled my booking. Worst customer service. Why would they confirm bookings if they cannot provide vehicle. Why wouldn't they inform earlier? Maybe due to holiday demand, they might have given my car for better paying customer! Please skip budget at any cost.

Last year when I rented from them, there was existing damage on the car. The representative noted the damage before I left the parking lot. Nevertheless, Budget charged my credit card $1085.34 to repair the preexisting damage. If you decide to rent from them, make sure the vehicle has no damage, otherwise you may end up paying to have it repaired, even though you didn't cause it.
