My experience was very positive. I arrived and didn’t find the sedan car I reserved but I was given an SUV which was very clean and only 1400 miles on it. I love this place.
Courteous friendly and professional service. They waited until shortly after 6pm for us to rent the vehicle. No problems with vehicle Rav 4 going from Texas to South Carolina and back. Thank you!
This was the worst experience. No customer service. Even told not important by the lady working. Made a reservation, got confirmation on reservation, and no truck available when I went to pick up. Asked employees why my credit card info was taken, a conformation given for said truck, and no truck. These employees clearly do not care, and hate their job. Had nothing good to say about budget rental either. I will never recommend, or use this company again.
This company is a total joke. Booked online, got confirmation of said truck, put CC info down. NO TRUCK AVAILABLE. The lady in the office literally said “At this point I don’t care about customer service”. Also said booking online is basically useless and the truck we reserved was never actually reserved? What “stellar” customer service. Will report this company and wish I could give negative stars.
This is an amazing opportunity, working for the Avis Budget Truck organization. Not being from Texas allowed me to see more of the longstanding, and I'm truly enjoying myself. This is one of the best opportunities that I'm truly enjoying. If the pay was better, I would consider staying. Because it gives me the opportunity with responsibilities, it shows that I can be counted on when it comes to my job.
