I had a reservation with them, and I called them and they said to hold on for a min, I did and then they hang up the phone while I was talking, I call them back 6 times and they never answer, a really bad experience since the beginning. I won’t trust in this location, I’m glad I notice before start my trip.
Worst experience!!!! Do not deal with this location and its representative. We reserved through Expedia and arrived to pick up our rental which was confirmed. The representative which was the only guy working on 04/27/2025 at 11:00 AM was extremely rude and refused to resolve our issue. When I requested his name so I could call Budget to place a complain, he refused to provide and proceeded to be rude. We left this business and booked from a different rental company with no issues. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto es el peor lugar la gente es grosera y racista recientemente hice una reservacion para rentar un auto cuando llegue me dijeron que ya habían rentado el auto qué yo había reservado desde una semana antes segundo qué necesitas un crédito bastante alto para poder rentar un vehículo y tercero que dicen en la app que tienes que pagar una cantidad y cuando llegas ahí te cobran el doble de la cantidad no es un deposito de seguridad es literalmente el doble.
