I understand if there’s a mix up and you don’t have a luxury rental even tho I chose the correct location and everything on my end is good. But I don’t need attitude or disrespect, especially when I’ve done MMA for 10 years. Never coming back to this budget/avis

Rudeness is not a business strategy. The local team called to say there were no cars and wanted me to go to the airport. That was not an option to travel to the airport. He rudely replied “try to get a refund”

I recently reserved a car on line, soon after I got a call from a man who’s name I couldn’t understand, he told me he had no cars available but he could give me a van for the same price, I asked if by chance he had any other options. He immediately went into rude mode and told me he had nothing for me, I tried asking him why he changed his mind so quickly but before I was done asking he hanged up on me. As a frequent rental car user, specifically from the Avis/Budget shop at Fair Oaks Mall (Fairfax, VA), I have had nothing but consistently outstanding experiences with both the location and the representative, Habtom, who is almost always on duty when I arrive. The reservation process is quick and I receive an instant confirmation email. I have never shown up at the counter with a confirmation and not had a vehicle waiting for me on the scheduled date and time. I had a reservation with them, and I called them and they said to hold on for a min, I did and then they hang up the phone while I was talking, I call them back 6 times and they never answer, a really bad experience since the beginning. I won’t trust in this location, I’m glad I notice before start my trip.
