I would give zero stars if I could. We made a reservation for a minivan - upon arriving to pick it up we learned it was given away. So now we’re out two Uber rides there and back, with no rental car to show for it. Felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. AVOID!
Little frustrated trying to get anyone on the phone at the location to call me back. Left some Ray Bans in the rental and need help This location is not listed on the budget.com lost and found section. It says you have to call to speak with someone directly at the location for this one. I tried calling for help and the lady said to try the online form and if that doesn't work to call them directly when they open. Just trying to get my sunglasses back but at this point they're probably in another state
I had a great experience with them, the reception was really nice and helpful and made the process really easy and quick. The car was very clean and good condition. I cant tell how i am happy to rent the car from them cause i had a bad experience with enterprise and was not trusting car rental but the budget and this branch really make it great experience for me.
Trash car here, won’t go straight line, the car gave you drones, front desk never at the counter u always have to wait 10-30mins, clearly one person is not enough to handle the site.
