Worst rental experience I've ever had. I made an 11:30 reservation but when I got there, I was told they had 0 cars available even though they clearly had 5 in the parking lot (he clearly lied). I then had to waste 20 minutes speaking to customer service to have them rectify this issue, and eventually got someone to update the reservation to another location that supposedly had a car. Reservations are only a suggestion for Budget. Beware and have a back up plan! I had a reservation with Budget for about a month, for an upcoming road trip. The night before I was to pick up the car and leave on my trip, I get a call from the location telling me they don’t have a car for my reservation. This is the same scam rental place as Avis. Bait and switch. Made reservation only to find out "no cars at all" on the pick up day. Zero customer service, told me to call someone who cares in their "customer service" department. Should've looked at their reviews before booking. Don't make the same mistake...avoid this place at all costs!
Agent wasn't helpful. Reservation was booked and canceled with no remedy or resolution.
