Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! How they stay in business is beyond me!
I want to give a huge thank you to Denise at the Budget office at Oxnard Airport — she seriously saved my day. I had flown in from Europe the night before and originally reserved a car with another company at the airport (definitely do NOT recommend Dollar Car Rental). I had even spoken with them before traveling, and the manager Sai (?) assured me everything was set. But when I arrived, there was no car available for me at all.
