Denise is amazing. She is so fast and doesn’t play games when it comes to getting you in and out. Her customer service and kindness is outstanding. While the airport doesn’t have an overnight drop off she let me know I could drop it off at the Port Hueneme location if I need!
Returned a car Friday they lady at counter was extremely polite, friendly, extra cheerful .I was stressed after the drive from santa ana but she made me feel 1,000 better . Due to unfortunate situation had to remt another vehicle on Monday morning God knew she was going to be a blessing and she was there again. Unfortunately I don't remember her name at oxnard airport but she is just amazing

I reserved a car a week in advance that would seat 4 adults ( 2 tall men and 2 adult females ) with ample leg room as we were traveling 3 hours each way to see my brother in ICU) we arrived at 9:00am for scheduled pick up and were told the vehicle we reserved wasn’t available. They said they were “upgrading”…. It was NOT as they gave us a Mini SUV that had NO leg room ! Our legs were wedged between the seats in front of us with absolutely no room .
