I reserved a car a week in advance that would seat 4 adults ( 2 tall men and 2 adult females ) with ample leg room as we were traveling 3 hours each way to see my brother in ICU) we arrived at 9:00am for scheduled pick up and were told the vehicle we reserved wasn’t available. They said they were “upgrading”…. It was NOT as they gave us a Mini SUV that had NO leg room ! Our legs were wedged between the seats in front of us with absolutely no room . The front passengers were uncomfortable as they also couldn’t go back any fur... read more
