Rented a car for about a week and a half from here. They were super accommodating. The first car I got had a few issues on the drive home. Most places would be a hassle to bring it up, but they handled it like professionals. Asked me to come in the next day and got me into another vehicle! Service for pick up and drop off was also amazing. Super friendly people and would definitely come pick up another car again!
The NEW owners are fantastic! I’ve been using this location off and on for years, so I’ve been through several cycles of people. The new owners are quick, very friendly and considerate. Give them another chance if you’re looking for a rental.
I’ve rented here many times. Always the worst service imaginable..HOWEVER they have NEW OWNERS. The Gibsons now own this facility and are the nicest people, met my every need, were extremely gracious and helpful. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, those days are long gone now that new ownership has taken over!
Terrible!!! Budget is awful. Here's my story. My fiance and I booked a car in advance, prepaid and everything. We get to the Mt. Juliet location to be informed they have NO CARS. They say come back at 5pm, our reservation is at 12pm. We come back at 5pm STILL NO CARS. They send us to the airport, you guessed it no cars there either! We call customer service just for them to say we have to wait until the next day to get a car.
