Under new ownership and my experience was amazing ! Will rent again!
Please anyone avoid this place the owner are new they seemed nice but gave misinformation about extending my rental for longer then originally planned i specifically asked the procedure and followed what i was told by the new owners of that location and because i did not only did budget charge me 1,600.00 in fees but their office threatened me by saying they would report the car stolen if I didn't return the car with a few hours notice which i did and when I called the location I rented from they said they tried to call me b... read more
Rented a car for about a week and a half from here. They were super accommodating. The first car I got had a few issues on the drive home. Most places would be a hassle to bring it up, but they handled it like professionals. Asked me to come in the next day and got me into another vehicle! Service for pick up and drop off was also amazing. Super friendly people and would definitely come pick up another car again!
The NEW owners are fantastic! I’ve been using this location off and on for years, so I’ve been through several cycles of people. The new owners are quick, very friendly and considerate. Give them another chance if you’re looking for a rental.
I’ve rented here many times. Always the worst service imaginable..HOWEVER they have NEW OWNERS. The Gibsons now own this facility and are the nicest people, met my every need, were extremely gracious and helpful. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, those days are long gone now that new ownership has taken over!
