Tanika provided horrible customer service . She yelled at my elderly mother who called trying to ask about a car. She gave terrible attitude upon answering when I tried calling as well, mind you this was my first interaction with her! Manager Frank was laughing listening to the call according to her. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said “ask your mom for the number.” Absolutely rude and unprofessional lady. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
Horrible customer service. As someone who hasn't rented a car in a while, i went there today asking about what are the stipulations for renting. The guy went to say "Once u find a deal online you pay that and use your credit card and that's it". I then asked, " so if I pay the amount online, when I come here to pick up the car. There would be nothing else for me to pay." He then say " there is a deposit of $200 ( i believe).
