Maria was very helpful! She was very friendly. I arrived late after they had already closed. Even though she was closing up, she was still able to help me. Very thankful for that. She walked me through the process and made it a very easy check-in. She made my day!
I received a letter stating that my card will be charged $335.00 for a windshield replacement, despite the fact that the invoice is dated 15 days before my rental period began. This is, at best, a display of gross negligence and, at worst, fraudulent.
Very disappointing experience with Budget Rent a Car. I made my Tesla reservation on May 20 for pickup on May 22 at 4:30 PM, but when I arrived they told me they had already rented all the cars to other customers. What is the point of making a reservation if they don’t honor it? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time. I wasted my day coming here and received no proper solution. Terrible customer service and very poor management. I would not trust this location again.”

I arrived with a confirmed reservation for a van and had already paid for transportation to get there.
