Save yourself a headache and just get a U-Haul. They called me 10 minutes before my pick up informing me that they didn’t have the truck available that I rented and reserved a month in advance. I get it things happen and don’t go according to plan, but the closest truck I was able to get according to them was up in Tampa. So I had a $50 Uber the whole way up to Tampa to pick up the only available truck. I almost never write reviews, but had to hop on to leave five stars for the great service we got when picking up a rental car from Budget here yesterday. They were quite busy, but the woman working the counter was impressively efficient, able to multitask and take care of everyone's needs despite a low inventory of vehicles and the wide range of needs each customer was throwing at her.
