Watch out! I declined insurance and then was offered a monthly insurance special by a middle age black lady which was a lie. I was charged $34 a day for a month- $900 more than expected. Apparently they get commission. Also they never answer the phone. Last two times, they were late to open and I waited an hour in line to pick up and drop off a car. Impossible to reach a manager or owner.
Do not rent a truck from this place. I rented a truck to move half way across the country. I didn’t get a walk through in and out of the truck therefore the truck was leaking, car charger/ cigarette lighter was not working. A/c wouldn’t function once you would go a certain speed. When I tried to put gas all it does is click and click and click it takes 25 minutes to fill a tank of gas and it wouldn’t fill up to capacity. By far the best rental car office ever. They treat you like family and give you the best deal they can
Maria was so helpful! After having a not so great experience with Hertz she got us into a vehicle and made the experience so easy! Will be back for sure!!!
