I don't think we will be renting cars from any other place. This Car rental has got to be the best we've been to. They are so friendly and make renting a pleasure instead of a nightmare. The car was super clean and worked great on the trip no issues what so ever. Such a different from others we've been to. Thank you Budget for making our rental a great one.

Not so much for the car, but for the incredible customer service, John was kind, straightforward and thoughtful. The car had mechanical issues upon entering the highway, and he was expedient and apologetic in getting me fixed up in a better car. A great guy, working with his customers!

Si je pouvais mettre un zéro, je n'hésiterai pas. Les 2 personnes au comptoir ont refusé de nous aider et ont failli me frapper. Quel professionnalisme... Leur site est incorrect concernant les conditions de réservation. Et elles n'ont pas voulu reconnaître leurs torts et leurs erreurs. Même en leur prouvant le contraire. Un scandale pour une entreprise comme celle-ci. Ces 2 personnes n'avaient pas envie de travailler un dimanche matin...

More skilled staff needed. The mid-age woman at counter wasn't really helpful. She was unwilling to check me in, just because she doesn't speak Spanish and could't read my licence. The law in most States let foreigners drive a car using their own countries licences, there is no need for an international as she was asking me. "It was my lucky day" (as she said) thanks to this charming girl who does speak Spanish and was willing to complete the reservation.
