Renting a car was as it should be as long as you have a credit card. However, if you make a reservation online and pay for it in advance, this office will not be able to see that payment and it's coming up on a month and I still haven't received a credit despite talking with three people at this branch and five people at budget who keep telling me 5 days, 5 days 5 days..... Most likely a business tactic designed for people that don't notice or catch overcharges. Next I take it to social media.
This the worst company to get someone on the phone!! Like why would you have all those operators for your customer to talk to when you know they want talk to a live person!! I just don’t get it. You know how many potential customer you losing by them hanging up the phone ???? Crazy. But anyways I guess they happy with their sales lol
Came into location on July 3 to rent a car. The female associate behind the counter was rude. Someone was being helped, so my daughter and I stood off to the side. I was acknowledged with a "did you need something?" I said I had a reservation. She informed me that they didn't have any cars, and I couldn't have a reservation. I began to get my phone out "let me get my confirmation, maybe it was another location" She cut me off saying that nobody in the area has any cars and reservations were blocked so I couldn't have one. This location is independently owned . Had the worst experience ever renting a truck from here. I dont know how these people are even in business. I have rented from Budget lots of times never had a problem. But this location needs to be closed down. The receptionist at this location is Very rude, unprofessional, nasty attitude and is biased tiwards anyine using a debit card to rent. Dont think she like her job all that well. After calling up her boss at their Head office you can see bad fruit dont fall far from the tree. Ev... read more
