I have rented vehicles from this location for years with no problems. However, the last time, I returned the vehicle, they inspected it, and returned my deposit. Six days later, I received an email that the windshield had a crack in it and they charged my card $600. The windshield was fine when I returned the vehicle. I have no idea what happened to it during that 6-day period. That's bad business. I'll never rent from Avis Budget again.

Reserved a midsize car days in advance and paid through Expedia. Got there and they had no car for us. Basically said there's no guarantee that you get the car you reserve. I've had situations in the past where I've been upgraded, but never given completely unusable options, or none at all.

It wasn't even the same type of car that I wanted, they gave it to me dirty and then told me that I would be fined if I brought it back dirty when THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN IT or make it smell good.
