I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst car rental experience of my life. Reserved a “Premium SUV” which should have been a Chevy Suburban or equivalent. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they didn’t have one. Ended up with a Tahoe which isn’t sufficient. I’m also being billed the same amount for the Tahoe as I was supposed to be billed for the Suburban. It’s absolutely fraudulent business practices. Great Service – Twice in a Row! Over the past two weeks, I had to rent two cars, and on both occasions, I was assisted by Abdi, who provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait long to pick up either vehicle, and both were clean and had low mileage. The first time, I rented a Chevrolet Blazer. Abdi was amazing.
This Budget has been my go to for rentals out of CU as of late. Service has been quick and I am usually in and out in minutes. For my most recent rental, the team was super helpful in getting back a lost item that was left in the car, going above and beyond to make sure we got it back!
