Had reserved a Cadillac suv (or similar) for nearly $500. When I arrived I was told “all I have is this Prius” and when I asked how much I was being refunded for half the size vehicle I had reserved I was told “nothing you can either take it or cancel your reservation”. Instead of being charged 4x what a Prius rental should cost I decided to cancel. Then I was told AFTER that no money was going to be refunded because it was the day of my pickup. We picked up our rental from the Indy airport. I am a fast break member, but the pickup was anything but fast break. We waited, in a hot and exhaust filled garage for 30-45 minutes to get our vehicle. It was pretty frustrating to be honest. The guys at the drop off in Champaign were absolutely great and appreciated as they were fast and professional and had great energy, which is why my review is three stars.

Made a reservation online, the next day (day of pick up) the local office called and stated that they did not have a vehicle for me. Reservations were allowed with nothing available. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!
