Our flight into Champaign was delayed, and Deante called me to check on our progress when we didn't arrive as planned. He stayed at the desk after closing time to get us our keys and car, making a very smooth experience for my elderly mom and me. Much thanks to Deante for going the extra mile!
I had a tire blowout at night. 24 hour roadside was zero help, and the vehicle had no roadside emergency kit. No flashlight, reflectors, etc. I had to limp it back 80 miles on a doughnut.
Good service. Good car.
