Chris Cramer was great. yesterday I had rented a car at John Wayne Airport. The front tires were badly worn. This morning, one of them looked low. It was down 12 lbs of air. Chris was able to find a replacement vehicle. Highly recommend him and this Avis/Budget location. Thank you, Chris.
Chris is the best! He gave us an awesome modern clean car (Chevy Trailblazer) for a great deal— and he was very transparent with all costs. This is the first time I’ve ever rented a car and it was easy and smooth 10/10 experience. I would recommend this budget location to anyone who’s looking to rent a car!
Chris is amazing! He helped reset my car by removing the battery and plugging it back when I did not rent from his location. The cluster display wasn't working and he fixed it in no time! Wonderful service ! If he takes care of Budget customers that did not rent from him, how much more will he do for his own customers!
