We did not get a car. We tried renting a car. We had booked through a third party (which they did not like). The car was already paid for and we had a voucher with all information. We were told that a voucher is worth nothing and that they cannot see pricing in the system. So Susan did find our reservation in the system and had voucher with all informations but claimed it was not right in the system. Will never rent through Budget again and it appears based off the reviews that I am not the only one who has had issues with them not having a vehicle ready at said pre-arranged time. I have never had this issue with Alamo, Thrifty, or Fox. We rented a xl suv and it was reserved a month in advance. Pickup was set for first thing at 8am. Never rent a car from uber through budget. You make a reservation and just might waste your money because they let people make reservations while they don’t have cars available to rent. I would’ve gave them a 0 out 5 if i could’ve

The person at the desk we spoke to was kind, but the car we received had many large stains in the seats. The key return aspect of drop off was easy, but the signs to get back into the lot for car return were a bit confusing.

Horrible cars and customer service! They were closed when we were supposed to pick up our car and then they charged us extra for not having a full week. The car was junk and the guy told us when we returned it that that car should have already been retired and not rented out
