I upgraded for an intermediate SUV and was promised something along the lines of a Mazda CX 50. I was given a Mazda 3. That is not an intermediate SUV. That is about as small an SUV as they make. The agent wasn't particularly helpful. I would recommend trying one of the other rental car companies at this location.
Didn’t have the car we rented, interior smelled of vomit, front of the car (including the windshield) was peppered with dried and dead bugs. The inside glass had likely never been cleaned in its entire 34,000 miles. Gross and highly unacceptable.
