This place is the best rental I have ever dealt with. They are kind courteous and go out of their way to help people get what they need. My husband had a reservation with another company enterprise and when he went to pick up his vehicle it “wasn’t there” he was told they tried to call several times but no one answered….. This is the place to rent a car!! So simple and easy...great customer service from GAIL.. car was pristine. If you are in this area and don't rent from them you are missing out!! When we arr back in this area this is the only place I am going...anyone staying at Bonita Terra this place is close by..go see Gail.. Do not rent from this place. We tried to rent a car online and when we arrived they had no cars available. I asked why this was our problem and she responded well it’s “your problem” because we don’t have a car for you. Absolutely horrible customer service and down right rude actually. Would have not given any stars however had to at least leave one star to post this.
