Been renting from here for the past few years, always a smooth and easy process. Today, due to my own stupidity, I did not have the proper information needed to fulfill my reservation, but Gayle and Katie ( owner) when above and beyond to accommodate me with a rental vehicle. Gayle has been nothing short of miraculous every time I come here, an asset in every way. Katie as a business owner obviously knows what she is doing and knows how to make her customers happy. This place is the best rental I have ever dealt with. They are kind courteous and go out of their way to help people get what they need. My husband had a reservation with another company enterprise and when he went to pick up his vehicle it “wasn’t there” he was told they tried to call several times but no one answered….. This is the place to rent a car!! So simple and easy...great customer service from GAIL.. car was pristine. If you are in this area and don't rent from them you are missing out!! When we arr back in this area this is the only place I am going...anyone staying at Bonita Terra this place is close by..go see Gail..
