Had to make a last minute reservation based on an emergency situation and Budget Car rental was fantastic in taking care of all of our needs!
Convenient location. Very average car rental. I mean I got what I needed on time, so perhaps above average, but I feel like that should be the standard, not the exception.
We had an amazing experience renting here, thanks to a truly kind and exceptional employee named Rene. It's so rare that you interact with someone in a customer service role who takes being helpful, efficient, and most of all compassionate, to such an exemplary level. Rene saved our weekend, and in my opinion, he deserves a big bonus for being so accommodating and professional.
Picking up the vehicle was quick and seamless at the Sonoma County Airport. Tye staff was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was clean and return was easy. Just dropped off the keys in a box at the kiosk in the airport.
