Tried to have my rental moved from one budget rental to the other and the guy assisting me at the airport for where the transfer was happening was just EXTREMELY rude and straight up threatened canceling my reservation because I was explaining my situation and even thought he raised his voice with me I can't say anything back otherwise it offends him, screw this place
Absolutely terrible experience with Budget. I returned my rental with a full tank of gas and have photo evidence to prove it, yet they still charged me for fuel. On top of that, they falsely recorded the mileage, trying to make it seem like I drove more than I actually did. This location is either incompetent or dishonest, beware before renting here.

Had to make a last minute reservation based on an emergency situation and Budget Car rental was fantastic in taking care of all of our needs!
Convenient location. Very average car rental. I mean I got what I needed on time, so perhaps above average, but I feel like that should be the standard, not the exception.
