I had a very positive experience with Rosa at the Budget counter. There was no wait time and I got a car that exceed my expectations for a mid-size. I felt that the insurance / gas / other terms were very clear and the agreement process was fast. Thank you!
Employee misrepresented the cost of the fuel coverage and added liability coverage when I didn't request it. Don't sign anything without reading every word - really just save yourself the time and rent from somewhere else.
Great location they clean their cars. Very well. Management was very polite. I highly recommend this location.
