Not only did I make the reservation in advance, but I also called to make sure they would have a full-size truck available for me to fit my needs. When we show up at opening, they didnt have the vehicle we needed nor anything similar was offered to us, he was not communicating well, and told us we'd have to wait another 3+ hours to SEE IF the person shows up to return with the vehicle we need. DONT DO IT. You literally need to go through pages of fine print. I jumped hoops just to get a rental and then when I came back to switch out the rental, no terms and conditions were disclosed. It was a whole new process and transaction. I ended up having to walk home because of their approval system. Please study before you end up walking back to work on your lunch break. Go with Enterprise.

I have you used several different budget counters between Altamonte & Apopka. I found this one to be the best. The Apopka branch not so much. Carlos is very understanding and accommodating.
