I've been meaning to write a review for this Budget Car Rental, located in the Embassy Suites in Altamonte Springs, bt havn't gotten around to it. After this last rental I finally decided to take a minute and submit it, because it's well deserved. This has been my "go-to" car rental this past year. Ordered an SUV and got a Nissan car.
I felt completely dismissed. After being in a car accident, I went in to exchange my vehicle. The Budget employee was not helpful and told us, “I don’t have time for this right now,” asking if we could come back in an hour. I understand that sometimes things get overwhelming, but a little empathy would have gone a long way instead of the response we received.
I'm giving 5 stars not to buget but to the people that run this location. I've done business with them for years, never let me done, always honest and nice, and quick check in and check out. Never had a problem here!
