Mike the manager was awesome, accommodating and customer focused. Great experience.
Told us we could use our bank card to rent a vehicle took the money out of account and didn't let me rent a vehicle now I have to wait up to ten business days to get my refund after sending me to two locations ill never use them again
Wanted to rent a SUV for 3 days. Enterprise across the street quoted $325. Budget quoted $900. Lady had no interest in helping us, never heard of AARP. We rented from Turo. You should too.
Beware they illegally charged my card and I didn't rent a truck from them or give them permission.to do so DO NOT GIVE YOUR ONFO TO THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFO
