This was by far the worst experience with a car rental company. I will never use Budget, let alone this location ever again.

I’ve been going to this location for 20 yrs or so. It’s so convenient to my house. The last few years it’s went down hill but today I had a CONFIRMED reservation that I made weeks ago and get a phone call 15 minutes before my pick up time that there is no car and I’m on a waitlist. Really? I rent for business and this is a huge inconvenience. I had to scramble to find another rental at last minute.
