Always great selection of cars easy to reserve.
The Budget at Lawton airport is horrible! This isy 3rd time renting a car from them. Every time the car has been dirty when we picked up. Trying to pick up or drop off there is absolutely no one there at the desk. One time we had waited for 1.5 hours for pick up. Called the direct line, called corporate and they didn't help us or find the employee. Which my husband and I found out they were outside the whole time chatting and smoking. They didn't have a car for pickup even though I reserved and pre paid didn't know when they would have one. When recieved car they me the keys said it's in the lot. Someone else's belongings was still in back seat. Car wasn't cleaned they marked it full tank only had a half tank when recieved. After my trip I realized the tags were 3 months expired. Do not recomend.
