Came with the reservation and the guy said that doesn’t have cars at all and he’s not sure if will have a car at all ,in 5 min he rented a car to someone and we asked him about it he said that have reservations for other people and we have to wait our turn… after he said that have just minivans for higher price after one hour of conversation,we told him that stuck in there and need any car for rent and he insisted to pat with the card and charged 200$ deposit and another 200$ for rent when online we made reservations for suv... read more
I dont know if the manager name Tony still works at this location but this a formal complaint I did to Budget. Since I rented 2 times from this locationabout a month ago(one before Tony got there). The second when Tony was manager they wanted to force me to buy their expensive insurance when I always get coverage from my credit card. Then at the end they told me that I either buy insurance from them or use my personal or will not get the car. Come on ive been renting since the 1990s!!! Freaking absurd. Two people in front of me, and then me, here for a rental car which they don’t have. Then they say they called yesterday to let us know, but not one in three people received a call. Just take a good look behind the counter and you’ll see the problem.
Budget will rent you a car that doesn’t exist. Three times now I have rented online, even talked to a person at Budget to ensure the car will be there. Then you get here and no cars, none at all. But their parking lot is always full of cars. Total waste of time.
