Every time I rent a car from this location there is an issue. This is a know complaint and everyone in the county is aware of it. This location usually has one person working and cars are not available. Their inventory on 3rd party websites is never accurate and they often cancel reservations due to this. Who is managing this location??!?! Why aren’t they trying to fix any of this. 1 out of 10. Would not recommend.

If I could leave negative stars, I would, picked up and dropped off at this location for spring break but was charge for dropping the car off in Virginia. Almost a month later and I am still trying to get my refund: the front desk wouldn’t allow me to speak to the manager the second time I called about my refund. I had to call corporate and guess what! I have to wait another 10 business days. This is unacceptable!!!!

They take payments via the website and then deny you upon arrival stating “we don’t accept that as a form of payment” even though they accepted the payment. Then I was told by the agent that I had to lie to the reservation line and tell them there was no car available (which was not the case) just to get my money back, because they would have kept my money for making an unacceptable payment…. That they definitely accepted. And I still have to wait ten days for a refund. Horrible experience, all the way around. Staff is rude ... read more
