It's not fair to just be rating this rental agency or location, but: WHAT IS THE DEAL?!! I can't find a rental anywhere in Albuquerque or Roswell, at ANY rental company on a Wednesday?! It's a conspiracy, I tell ya!!

Avoid Budget rental car. They use deceptive billing practices. I filled the car with gas before returning it, and the gauge showed full, but because they said it was a 1/2 gallon below what it was when I rented it, they snuck a $5 charge in. I inquired about it and they refused to credit me back that money.
