Vehicle was good and any problems I had I was able to call them and they took care of it but they did hit me with a one-way seat which I was not expecting. Unfortunately my trip went from a go and visit someone and fly back home into a I'm going to have to drive a bunch of stuff home across the entire country and they did not seem to really care

This location of Budget/Avis is dishonest and rude. If you use this location you will likely have very disruptive issues. We were given a vehicle that hadn’t been serviced. The tire pressure monitor wasn’t working correctly and one tire was missing the stem cover and was leaking. The car had no spare tire, an emergency air pump that only connected to a cigarette lighter (in a car that didn’t have a lighter) and that emergency pump was broken. Avoid using the Budget rental on 1901 University NE inside Crown Hotel, they deceitful add hitting fee, the charge in my receipt was 566.51 but my bank was charged &650.98, when I called and spoke with a guy by the name Silviano, he was very unprofessional and disregard my concern saying it could have been more money, I told him the car was in good condition just the normal use and that I was not told about this fee, he said there is a post somewhere in their office, well, I don’t read all the signs in the places I go, they ... read more
