Both at pick up and drop off, the door was locked, even though there was an open sign in the window. I think they only have one person working there, so they need to lock up when they are getting gas or cleaning the cars. Maybe hire another worker so the door can actually stay unlocked during business hours? The actual car was fine.

Try to call these guys. They never answered their phone. Try to talk to somebody. It's impossible. These guys have a customer service problem
Budget Rental has always been there when I needed to rent a vehicle. They are no hassle and straightforward and quick. The online reservation option works like a charm and staff is just excellent and a pleasure to talk with. The vehicles are brand new and drives like a dream. I'm always going to rent my vehicles from budget. No question.
