Just rented a sprinter van and was completely dirty! Dog hair everywhere, stains on each of the bench seats. Terrible.
We had two interaction with this Budget rental counter. 1 upon arrival picking up the rental and the 2nd brining the vehicle back. If this is the way Budget trains, manages, or allows this type of poor customer service and/or the way they allow employees to handle interactions with customers. Rude, dismissive, and not willing to listen, cutting you off or just answering your questions. Looking the other way, walking off, and telling you to call their manager-like that was a push off. Chief at the front desk on our rental car check-in was efficient, knowledgeable, a pleasure to speak with. I will be returning for rental with this company in the future.
My flight got delayed, reached around 1:30am , Even after having confirmed rental car reservation ,No one available at the counter in Fort Wayne , IN . . Totally unacceptable.
