⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived late due to weather and the store was full of people in the same situation. The two gentleman working together were amazing - welcoming, calm, and they accommodated everyone with such a great attitude. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customers. Excellent service and a real human touch.
Reserved a Tesla. Unfortunately wasn’t available. However, Ethan more than accommodated the situation and was very helpful. Great customer service and would rent again from the Budget river chase location.
