I left my purse with all my credit cards and cash in my wallet in the store right before closing. I didn't realize it until it was closed. The staff stored my purse overnight and not one thing was taken. David was so kind to give it to me a few minutes before the store opened so I could get on with my day as planned. I appreciate knowing there are honest and respectful workers here. Thank you, Budget!!
Great place to rent your Budget and/or Avis car. Plenty of nice vehicles, easy access, and excellent service. All the staff are always friendly and helpful. David, the manager, in particular, is very kind and professional.

If I could gave given a zero i would. Rented a car one way from Punta Gorda to Naples. Quoted $61.00 Uber was $135. Upon returning the car my credit card was charged $461.00. The reservation was made on the website however it processed as a return to Punta Gorda. I made another reservation same day one way drop of...again came out to $61. I advised Budget customer service...no response after multiple attempts. Who in their right mind would pay $461 for a 50 minute drive...would have chosen Uber!
