Hats off to David Holbrook, who saved the day and helped us tremendously. We had broke down on the side of the highway ended up getting here and switching vehicles. He was the kindest nicest person and went above and beyond the standard I expected.
Best experience picking up and dropping off cars. But, only if you’re a fast break member. If your renting at a Florida airport you must have fast break or you will be inline forever

I had to make a last-minute reservation at Budget, 11228 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 34110 on 03/18/2026 after a terrible experience at Avis, and I’m so glad I did. I originally reserved an SUV online just a couple of hours before arriving. When I got there, I was informed that they did not actually have an SUV available. Before I even had a chance to react, the gentleman helping me immediately said, “Don’t worry, let’s figure this out.” That alone made such a difference.
