Good afternoon sir I was told to call this location for maintenance on my Uber Avis rental. Okay you want to switch out? The tires sir? No the vehicle. Why would I need an entirely different vehicle when the issue is two tires? *agent hangs up* Now they're not answering the phone.
I had to rent a car last minute. This location actually answered their phone! The rental and return process were smooth. The representatives, Courtney and Keisha were very professional. Highly recommend!
