Needed a rental truck & had reservations ahead of time. They gave me an unsafe one that the brakes were so bad it was grinding. Yet when I dropped back off after the move (I was that desperate in need of truck), the gas moved from F to right under it. It was still on F when I dropped off. They charged me over $100 for gas. When I complained about the safety, no refund on that. They already had an appointment booked with mechanic, so they knew before giving me the vehicle how unsafe it was. I regularly rent from Budget for work trips. The guys in the front office are always helpful and always look for ways to save on cost. They helped me enroll in the business program and they most recently helped me preserve discounts on my rental where I had to pick up a day late. I don’t use any other rental companies for work because of how helpful these guys are. And the cars are always clean and in good shape.
