As a Budget Fastbreak Member, I like to use Budget whenever I can. This location is right next to my hometown and easy to get to. Gentleman at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I ended up not needing the rental for as long as I had expected and was able to shorten the rental accordingly with no problem. Great experience and I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them to others also. Thank You!

I have been a customer at the Colmar location for over 5 years! The customer service here is outstanding! Shawn is always courteous, polite and knowledgeable ! Customer service means a lot to me wherever and whatever I shop for and this location has the best there is !! I am eligible for rental car discount through my employer, but I choose Budget @ Colmar location because of the customer service. Thanks Shawn.for being a great person!!
July 25, 2025 9:00 pm Barshion Lewis got me checked in as quickly as possible. It appears he was the only one working, and the wait was nothing to complain about. Great customer service and a really nice guy.
