Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. One star only because zero stars is not an option. I had a confirmed reservation with a pickup time of 12:00 PM. Before my reservation, I received a call informing me that no cars would be available at that time and that I should come between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM instead. While inconvenient, I adjusted my plans and arrived at 4:30 PM—only to be told that there were still no cars available.
