Car pick up was on Monday 1pm. Reservation was made through Booking. Pick up location Boulder CO. SUV car reserved and confirmed. Received a sedan but was told it is a SUV. Rental was for a few hours, so not a big deal. Car picked up, a Mazda, has a flat tire. Back to Budget. The person gives me a SUV this time, a Subaru. Good car. Returned the car shortly after 6pm, the person was gone, left the keys in the box with the form. 2 days no invoice received. Super nice and easy experience.
Great place to rent a car, never had any issues and really nice!
Reserved a car in advance, got there to pick up and they had no cars available. Had to take an uber to a different rental location and the uber driver said they’ve been picking up people from this Budget for months now for the same issue. Please be aware, sounds like they never have vehicles available at this location!!
