I reserved a vehicle in advance, expecting a smooth pickup process. Unfortunately, Budget Enterprise did not have the car I reserved—or anything similar—when I arrived. I was told to return later, only to face the same issue again. Wasted time and frustration aside, the lack of communication and accountability made the experience even worse. If a company allows reservations, they should ensure vehicles are actually available. I won’t be relying on them in the future
One night I wanted to rent a vehicle from Budget Car Rental, l don't recall the price but it was around $238 dollars for 4 days, I thought the price was perfect. However, I was tired and sleepy so I went to bed, the next morning I got in my computer in order to rent the same vehicle and the price rose to $538. That is more than 100% inflation in less than 12 hours. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
Fast service was able to return a car here instead of the airport. Then rented a car here for cheaper than from the airport.
