Why is your name budget if you’re prices so high?? The cheapest car you have is $100 that’s not a budget. $40 daily up to $80 is a budget then on top of that you’re holding $300 no thank you next.
Car rentals should be automated, make a reservation in the app, get in a car, scan a QR code, drive to the exit,,check your license, insurance and reservation, leave. Should not take 2 hours standing in line With a reservation already in the system at 3aM!
Abysmal. They charged me 7 times as much as the original quote. I chose to drive because it seemed cost-effective. Due to a mistake in the online booking, the return location was wrong. I would understand a $150 to $200 surcharge, but they charged me $700 dollars more! It would have been cheaper to fly or pay an Uber. Do not use this service, there are many better ones in the same building
