Customer Service was very good
Eddie was amazing great to work with friendly kind and very helpful enjoyed coming to this location. Ask for Eddie you won’t be disappointed
Very disappointed.I was told by the owner my contract had the extra driver and when I returned the car I was charged $400+ for an extra driver. I was told to contract Customer Service and they would refund my money. I contacted CS four times, of which, three customer service people said I would receive a refund. The refund never came. Upon the fourth call I was informed another department made the decision not to refund. Unbelievable and will no longer used their service.
My experience renting with Budget at Clearwater International Airport on July 27, 2026, was extremely frustrating. I had originally reserved a gas-powered car, but at the counter, I was told my reservation was supposedly for an electric vehicle and that changing it would cost me more. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Desde que llegamos, el trato del empleado fue poco amable y nada profesional. Nos pidió firmar que el vehículo estaba en buenas condiciones antes de permitirnos verlo o encenderlo para verificar el estado y el nivel de gasolina.
