Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Desde que llegamos, el trato del empleado fue poco amable y nada profesional. Nos pidió firmar que el vehículo estaba en buenas condiciones antes de permitirnos verlo o encenderlo para verificar el estado y el nivel de gasolina. Al inspeccionarlo, encontramos varios daños y las llantas no nos dieron confianza para hacer un viaje largo, por lo que decidimos cancelar la renta. Do not rent a vehicle here. I rented a vehicle for 6 days, had to cut it short and return vehicle 2 days early. Didn't get a refund for those days. Was charged for 6 days. Clerk at rental office told me that a should get 178 dollars back, but had to call 800 number. Called them and was told to call back in 48 hours. Called again twice and got no where. Very poor customer service. A shame.
