Terrible experience. Waited over an hour to get car. Wrong size car and smelled of cigar. Will never use them again.
Budget Hicksville absolutely provides the best service and cars - always go above and beyond. I recently moved so I used another location and did not receive the superior service I was accustomed for years at the Hicksville location. So I gladly made an extended trip back to the Hicksville Budget for my last rental and now back to great service and car!!
I have rented a bunch of times from Hicksville. The cars are always in great condition and I love the customer service. The people here are very friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to make sure the experience is great! I have interacted with Chris multiple times and he always provides excellent customer service.
