The representatives were so amazing with Great customer service.
Had the worst experience with this location. I came to pick my car. I had reservations at 12 when I came, they didn’t have a car for me. I came a couple hours later, they told me I had to be at the time of the reservation. They had not cars available. The lady’s at the counter were rude and disrespectful.
The Staff is great. They helped me with an early return and was able to save me some money. Great customer service here.
I have always had a great experience at this Budget/Avis location. Trina Kelley and her husband have excellent customer service. They treat you like family and the fares for the rentals are always reasonably priced. They quickly resolve any issue I have. This is the only Budget/Avis I use when I come in town.
