Costumer Service at its finest. I witnessed Christie at Budget on Highway 6 handle a difficult customer with the utmost patience , care and understanding. She stayed calm and professional while getting the solution resolved. I felt I saw a master class on how to handle difficult people. Kudos to her and Budget for hiring people like her.
Hands down best customer service ever! Ms. TRINA is the best. I was having trouble making a reservation because of a system error but she worked it out. Thank you!
