I wish I could give them a negative damn star. Its always something with this damn location. And its always the damn women that give me a problem even though I ask questions and make statements way ahead of time. I been coming here for years and now I have to find a different location to go to for a rental car. Quite understaffed. Friendly though. If you have to add days to your rental it was 123 a day for me which added up fast. Be wary
Walked in and there was only one employee at the counter with a line of people waiting. If there is not a fastbreak counter at locations that needs to be specified. That’s the point of the program to grab and go. Not sit and wait for 40 mins.
Had a great experience at this location from start to finish. The crew at the Missouri City, TX location was super welcoming, and made everything easy. They walked me through the details without any pressure about add-ons, which I really appreciated. The whole pickup process was smooth, quick, and totally stress-free. The car? Even when I was in a rush, Trina advised me to refuel the car, which ended up saving me close to $60. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service made a difference.
