They never have any cars. For the past two weeks we have needed to get around and needed to rent a car. We go online and make a reservation, but when we get to the actual place they never have cars.

Don’t bother renting here. The car you pick won’t be available and they don’t have any other options. Hope you like electric cars.

Book a car 2 weeks previous to the date was paid and everything the day I was supposed to get the car at the time I'm supposed to pick up on my way there they said I had to wait car was not good they couldn't give me a car because they received a car that was no good Said she will me a call shorthly gave me a call around 5:40pm said she was not able to bring a car on time and was about to close I can go to the airport and pick one up didn't bother to help I went to the airport lady was rude was not trying to help explained w... read more

I prepaid for a car online. Showed up. No car. They tried to upsell me a truck. I asked where I could get a compact car for me and my son. And they couldn't help me. Very unethical practices.
