I will not rent a car from this company ever again. I had a confirmed reservation, even received several emails from them confirming and reminding me that I have a car waiting. Only to arrive today and was told they have no cars. They didn’t call or write in advance to let me know. I’ve had this reservation for days now. I am a business man and I need this ground transportation. So I will not be relying on them ever for another rental. This was at the Capital city Airport in Lansing Mi.
Changed policies about booking with debit card at this specific locations but couldn’t elaborate when. Booked with budget multiple times in different states with same card no issues. Noe outta prepayment for 3-5 days
Scheduled a pickup at 9:00, the schedule was made online and went through just fine. I'm sitting in front of the rental store now waiting for it to open up at 10:30. Why would you let me schedule outside of business hours?
Super hard to work with and they charge a lot of money for their stuff… my car smelt like cat piss but it ran well… just was a damn hassle working with them
