Loved my Nissan Rogue! It was a new car and other than the outside (really dirty due to the winter weather - I went to my carwash place and washed it since I can't stand a dirty car, especially a white one), the inside was clean. The person at the counter made the pick up easy. Same when I returned it. Renting from Capital City Airport was so much easier than any of the big airports!
Honestly, I'm not one to leave reviews but I left the airport with the worst customer experience and in tears. My Cadillac is currently in the shop with 10k in deer damage, I'm a full time working single mom, and I have a 6mo old and 4 year old in daycare and school. Anyway, I showed up to pick up my reserved vehicle for 2/7/26 at 3pm and when I got there I was told by one of the blonde front desk workers that there was no car available for me...even though I had a confirmation email with the date and time of my reserved pic... read more
