Worst place,I have booking with confirmation & full payment in advance,when time comes to pick up car, oh we don't have any car,BUDGET must review your policy, BUDGET is time wasting company,I drive back and forth 1 hour who is paying my time & gas plus my hotel booking. Avoid renting from Avis/Budget. After returning my vehicle, I was charged a cleaning fee for a very small amount of sand—approximately two tablespoons—in the front driver-side area. Notably, the vehicle did not have floor mats, which contributed to the issue. The photo they provided showed only a minimal amount of sand. When I contacted Avis to dispute the charge, a corporate representative acknowledged that the rental location should not have applied a cleaning fee based on the condition shown.
