DO NOT RENT MOVING TRUCKS FROM BUDGET! They are not serious, they have no regard for their customers. I made a reservation online more than 2 weeks in advance for a 12' truck, I got a confirmation email, then I got a reminder 2 days before the pick up date. Customer Service was very nice and pleasant. Easy in and out. Will definitely be using them in the future. I use Budget all the time for business and pleasure.
