A few years ago, I initially tried to rent a vehicle from the Akron/Canton Airport, but there were no rentals available. I was referred to this location instead, and I’m so glad I was. I wish I could give less than one star. Counter person was uncaring and rude. Car was filthy when we picked it up. Crumbs on the seats, floor was not vacuumed, snot from sneezes on the console and dash, the windows were very dirty. I should have rejected it then. I will NEVER rent from them again. When I attempted to drop the car off their business model became apparent to me, they rely completely on the returning customers to clean their vehicles. Rented my husband a car with insurance from Priceline this past weekend when he went out of town. This budget location charged my husband insurance when he picked up car. They said nothing to him about the insurance I purchased. He got home and I made the discovery from the receipt. Because it was a 72 hour window to get a refund, we didn’t get one. I called at 75 hours after pick up. That is really horrible customer service. Shame on Budget!
