I’ve rented from this location over 20 times in the last year and that’s no exaggeration. The past 2 times ive noticed a change in the customer service. When I questioned the manger. I believe his name is Tony (African American guy with glasses). He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to refuse the keys and also suggested that I take my business elsewhere. Agent told me where to sign and initial did not say that he added ldw which cost me an extra $100. Also I was charged $20 for "returning car late," supposedly 8 minutes late but I actually returned it a few minutes early. The agent did not check it in in time. If you are going to use Budget, read everything and make sure they check you in immediately. Worst rental car experience.
The point of reservation is to have the car here right? To hold the car right? I’ve ordered an uber all the way here just to find out that they don’t have any cars.
