Courteous, efficient and helpful
I rented a vehicle to travel to Atlanta for a meeting because my truck was in the auto shop for repair. My reservation was accepted for 1 week at the weekly rate. When I went to pick it up I was told that although I had a reservation for a certain time there were no vehicles available. By the time there was a vehicle available I could not make my appointment in Atlanta. I recently went online to make a reservation and received an email with my confirmation number. About 5 minutes before it was time to pick up my rental, I received a phone call stating that they did not have any vehicles available. I then called customer service and she confirmed that my vehicle I reserved and others were available. She then advised me to call back to my location and provide them with the information that she had just given me. Rented a car and was told fuel level was full and to return it as such. When I inspected car in parking lot terminal, car was half full and tires were low. I returned to service desk and asked agent to correct paperwork with correct fuel level and to put air in tires. Agent gave me a different vehicle instead. Fuel level on second vehicle was marked full on paperwork. Fuel was actually 3/4 full. I showed picture of full level to agent and she stated to bring it back as such.
