Agent told me where to sign and initial did not say that he added ldw which cost me an extra $100. Also I was charged $20 for "returning car late," supposedly 8 minutes late but I actually returned it a few minutes early. The agent did not check it in in time. If you are going to use Budget, read everything and make sure they check you in immediately. Worst rental car experience.
The point of reservation is to have the car here right? To hold the car right? I’ve ordered an uber all the way here just to find out that they don’t have any cars.
The man that assisted me was very professional and gave me great customer service. I appreciate it very much.
I would not rent a car from budget if they were paying me
