The lady with the weird-looking eyes was chilling in her office while I was waiting for like 15 minutes even though there was nobody there but me. She gave me a car with windshield damage and told me that I'll be fine and the damage was already documented on the system. I believed her and proceeded with that car to go to the airport for my flight without taking pictures. Months later, Budget charged me a large amount of money for that. I thought the gal at the counter was sweet and helpful. But when I got the car, SUV, I was a little disappointed. The windshield was all smeared up on the inside. Lots of little nicks and stains. There was nobody to bring the car closer, and no one to help with my bags. I flew in with arrangements for a wheelchair at each airport to transfer me. But when I asked nobody, would help me. So my 56 year old handicap butt had to carry my purse, my two bags. 1 was 50 lbs, and one was 40. That's almost 100 lbs!!!
