Clean car but ask about the fluids. Had not window cleaner
The lady with the weird-looking eyes was chilling in her office while I was waiting for like 15 minutes even though there was nobody there but me. She gave me a car with windshield damage and told me that I'll be fine and the damage was already documented on the system. I believed her and proceeded with that car to go to the airport for my flight without taking pictures. Months later, Budget charged me a large amount of money for that. I would give 0 stars if I could, worst customer service and, worst car rental company ever... read more
