Andrea and Vanessa were wonderful!! We were trying to modify our car rental and the numbers weren’t adding up and the manager Andrea came in and corrected the issue on her day off. It was trying to charge us more and she fixed the price. They were both outstanding and deserve a raise for being so helpful and going out of their way to make sure we were not over charged for our rental and modifying our car rental last minute. Thank you both again so much!!!!
When both our cars got taken out of commission, they helped us get a great deal on a rental car for a couple weeks. I'm very grateful for their help!
Had a wonderful experience here. Not sure why this place has been getting low reviews, I flew into great falls at 10pm and was greeted promptly. No issue with picking up the car and got a wonderful Toyota Camry in perfect conditions! Don’t let the reviews scare you!
Incompetent business. Waiting for 1 1/2 hours to pickup a previously reserved car is totally unacceptable.
