Denise was amazing! Super professional, helpful, and made my car rental pick-up fast and easy. Great customer service!
It took 40 minutes to get through 2 people in front of me but took Enterprise, Hertz, National and Alamo 5 minutes per customer. Such a waste of time choosing Budget rental. I’ll never choose this company again.

We needed a larger vehicle to travel with an elderly family member that couldn't get into or out of a regular car. Other rental agencies at the airport could not accommodate us. They not only had the vehicle size we needed but gave a great rate and Ms. Nita made the rental a great experience.
