No cars, no customer service, not any enjoyable expertise whatsoever ever. When you get stranded because they don’t have the car you reserved they don’t care about you at all

What a joke! I dropped a car off at the airport, I realized I left something in the vehicle, I tried calling and everytime i get routed to a call center whp is absolutely no help. Was told to go online and file a claim however I can't because the bluegrass location is not listed on that website in order to file a claim, and when I called the call center back they suggested I drove back to airport and talk to someone at the budget desk mind you the airport is well over hour and half drive. I am sure my item is being put to us... read more
