Not a fan of this specific location. No after hours drop off. Very frustrating. Although it was noted and signage, just really inconvenient.

They called me that they didn’t have any car left 4 hours before my pickup time. No resolution and no help from the staff. I had to call customer service myself and was offered to pickup at a different location. Super rude and unprofessional. They can do nothing in the system. I had to run around calling different numbers to try to get a car, which I prepaid for. I don’t understand anyone renting from this lousy company. Would not recommend. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible service, tried getting assistance with a faulty vehicle I was given by budget however the person on the phone was so extremely rude, cut me off continuously and hung up on me when I was trying to get assistance. If you’re travelling like I was don’t ruin your trip by getting a vehicle by them

I will not be returning to this rental for anything. First, we reserved a sedan and they only had electric vehicles available. The vehicle was only at 68% charged when they gave it to us. This left us little option and time to charge the vehicle for our 2 day use. It wa extremely inconvenient.

This is the only Budget location that I would not ever advise renting from. The first few times I rented there, things were pretty good, and the staff was friendly. Now? Forget it now they are super rude and even tried to charge me for something I never did upon returning my car. They even waited months to try to accuse me of it , and then I had to dispute the charge with Budget. Honestly, Budget is a great company and, for the most part, never had many issues, but this branch should be ashamed of themselves.
