Horrible service, tried getting assistance with a faulty vehicle I was given by budget however the person on the phone was so extremely rude, cut me off continuously and hung up on me when I was trying to get assistance. If you’re travelling like I was don’t ruin your trip by getting a vehicle by them
I will not be returning to this rental for anything. First, we reserved a sedan and they only had electric vehicles available. The vehicle was only at 68% charged when they gave it to us. This left us little option and time to charge the vehicle for our 2 day use. It wa extremely inconvenient.
This is the only Budget location that I would not ever advise renting from. The first few times I rented there, things were pretty good, and the staff was friendly. Now? Forget it now they are super rude and even tried to charge me for something I never did upon returning my car. They even waited months to try to accuse me of it , and then I had to dispute the charge with Budget. Honestly, Budget is a great company and, for the most part, never had many issues, but this branch should be ashamed of themselves.
Terrible customer service and extremely rude stuff
If you're new to the rental world and have a corporate discount code, avoid this location. I booked a car using my company discount code, but when I arrived, the staff insisted that the code was for a different company and forcing me to book through Avis, which was over double the cost of Budget. I canceled my booking and emailed Budget to confirm the code, and it turned out I had the correct one. This place seems to run a scam, pushing customers towards Avis for higher profits.
