Office is supposed to open at 7:00. It is 7:11 and doors still locked. This is the second time I have used this location and the office isn’t open at the posted time. The guy that works here strolls in late like nothing matters.
Terrible business. First, I booked an SUV 2 months before a family vacation. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there were no SUVs available. After waiting a few minutes, a minivan came in, so I took it. Second, when I opened the door on the van I was overwhelmed by the strong smell of pot. Not cool! I had read reviews for this location before making a reservation, but was desperate and decided to give them a chance. However, this was the worst car rental experience ever and I'm not one to leave reviews. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I booked a car from Budget through a 3rd party agency and when I went to this location they told me i needed to come back in the middle of the rental period to extend the contract because they don't allow 37 day car rentals and they gave me a smaller car than i paid for. I had a terrible experience with Budget Rental Car yesterday and will never use their services again. I had a reservation through Expedia because my car’s engine needed replacement and I urgently needed a rental. When I arrived, the clerk behind the counter was wearing a hoodie, beanie hat, and over-the-ear headphones, which seemed unprofessional. He directed me to one computer, where my card didn’t work. I have had rented twice here for work trips , both experiences were pretty great, The same person rents me the vehicle ,i dont recall his name , hes very inviting and personable . Dont understand the negative reviews . I was checked in about 10 min and return has always been like under one minute. This location does not offer any shuttle service .
