My wife needed a vehicle when I was on military out of town. She had all four of our kids with her alone trying to manage while I was gone. She got into the vehicle and it smelled like marijuana, tire pressure light was on, oil change light was on, and there was no other vehicle available at the lot. Worst service! Made a reservation, car was not available when picking up. When I contacted their number they confirmed it was available and once I got there (10 min after the call) it was not available. They never called back to confirm if they would received it that day as they told me. Never again with Budget or this location.
I only gave it a 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option! I had a reservation to pick up a car this afternoon and they called less than 4 hours from my pick up time saying g they don’t have a car for me. Their excuse.. it’s busy and we had people come in to rent a car. Never mind I had RESERVED a car there a month in advance. They didn’t care. Do NOT use this company!!!!
Worst place ever. Had a brand new car with oil light on the lady at the desk just told us to put oil in the car drove it a little bit longer to start. Our trip engine light came on and had to go to three different budgets in three different states just to get a rental. Trying to talk to a live person at that location is a joke
I had a very disappointing experience with this Budget pickup center. I made a reservation for a rental car today and received a confirmation number, so I expected the car to be available when I arrived. However, when I got there to pick it up, the person in the counter told me there were no cars available. Because of this, I ended up wasting money on an Uber to go to the location and then another Uber to return home without a car. It was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time and money.
