I would avoid this location, and Budget in general, for a truck rental. I did not read other reviews prior to booking, but it appears there is a consistent trend in booking a truck then not having the vehicle. I booked a cargo van several days in advance and received confirmation. I then received a separate email from Budget strongly pushing for additional insurance purchase through their organization. When I picked up the vehicle, it was completely nasty. Disgusting filthy dirty. I couldn’t even see out of the front windshield to drive. They made me late saying they was cleaning the vehicle. They never cleaned the vehicle. They sprayed stuff on the windows and never even wiped the windows down, they never wiped down the interior. For the few times I been here it’s always an unpleasant experience & won’t be returning. Terrible location, the Cars are always dirty, never maintained or properly cleaned once the cars are returned by a customer. When you make a reservation they still never honor it even if you reserve a car thru the customer service number & this location always says we’re out of cars, as always. The older man who works here is rude & not respectful & doesn’t know how to communicate in a respectful manner to customers. Stay away from this ... read more

This place is a joke. This is the second time I’ve came to this location on day of pickup of a rental and I show up and they tell me they don’t have a vehicle for me. I called twice to confirm my reservation and both times they said I’m good to go. Then the guy at the counter was rude saying there’s just nothing he can do and didn’t even offer to refer to me another location nothing. I will never use this place of have someone use this place
