I had a request to pick up the car sooner because my schedule was changed. The lady at the reception was very nice and told me she would call me if they found a solution.
Called minutes before pickup time that they didn’t have ANY cars available. Did not offer a solution, said they’d call back later if they got something. Never heard back, will not rent from here again.
Worst rental location, they over charged me and saying they cannot assist me on why they over charged me and asking to call 1800 number
