Worst service! Made a reservation, car was not available when picking up. When I contacted their number they confirmed it was available and once I got there (10 min after the call) it was not available. They never called back to confirm if they would received it that day as they told me. Never again with Budget or this location.
I only gave it a 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option! I had a reservation to pick up a car this afternoon and they called less than 4 hours from my pick up time saying g they don’t have a car for me. Their excuse.. it’s busy and we had people come in to rent a car. Never mind I had RESERVED a car there a month in advance. They didn’t care. Do NOT use this company!!!!
Worst place ever. Had a brand new car with oil light on the lady at the desk just told us to put oil in the car drove it a little bit longer to start. Our trip engine light came on and had to go to three different budgets in three different states just to get a rental. Trying to talk to a live person at that location is a joke
I had a very disappointing experience with this Budget pickup center. I made a reservation for a rental car today and received a confirmation number, so I expected the car to be available when I arrived. However, when I got there to pick it up, the person in the counter told me there were no cars available. Called to rent a car and asked agent many times if a car was actually available, and the agent said yes. I booked a reservation, my credit card was charged, took Uber to the location and no cars were available. Had to take Uber back to hotel. I spent about 60 minutes of my time, spent $25 on Uber rides, and it took them 3 days to refund my credit card.
