Had confirmation for a truck for two days to use for for and they didn’t have the truck!! Terrible experience and no help at all from customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars!
Booked a car and had to Lyft there. They then didn’t have any cars and I had to Lyft almost 30 minutes away. Definitely call before booking to see if they actually have cars. Horrible experience and lots of unnecessary stress.
The customer service at this location can be very inconsistent. Some days it’s mediocre, while other times it can be very poor. I’ve rented from them regularly, but my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. The vehicles are often not as clean as they should be and sometimes appear poorly maintained. It was great service. I did book standard suv but they upgraded to elite suv as the standard suv is not available at the time. It was really nice hybrid car.
