Landed Sunday at 5:30. Went to the Budget counter to pick up my rental. They close at 4 o’clock on Sunday so we were stranded. I put flight information on my reservation so I was shocked that no one was available. I called Budget and they said sorry they will be back Monday at 8 am. Well the Grand Canyon trip got complicated in a hurry! Thanks Budget for not being there and telling me sorry. Adios Budget for the future.
SCAM ALERT: Returned the car in perfect condition, but Budget accused me of damage with no inspection at pick up or drop off and no time stamped evidence. Seems suspicious this happened only because I didn’t pay for the damage waiver. AVOID
Exceptional experience at this budget rental! Brooke went out of her way to accommodate us, understand us, and just treated us with overall kindness after we had an awful experience at the Durango, Colorado budget rental. Not only did she take care of us by getting us the car we needed, she was just an overall pleasant person. I will rent from here any time i have the opportunity in the future

I do not even want to give 1 star. Please never ever rent from Budget. They gave me a car in AZ I first paid $780 for one week by the 4th day Service slight Change Oil Soon came on. Called customer service after 3 hours on phone they were going to charge me an additional $680 to bring a car to me since the nearest place is 2 hours away. As upper 50 year old woman alone I did not want to drive car by myself. Budget could care less. Please I’ve rented from Enterprise and they are so much better. STAY AWAY from Budget.
