At fastbreak. Been here 40mins still behind 7 people it is midnight. Only one person working here. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other rental options with no line. Everyone is stuck here as they prepaid and cant cancel.
Website is screwed up. Tells you your credit card on file is no good. Wrong. Talked to rep, rented a car, then quoted price went up by 20%. Loaded app, it didn't work right either, same errors. Should have been a 5 min online process, I'm a fast Break member. Website is a joke. Went to Enterprise, had my car in 4 minutes. Very disappointed with Budget. Been with them since Hertz decided they were more about employees than Customers.
Booked a car through expedia months ago at Budget in Flagstaff. Got off the plane. And the desk closed at 3:45p. No notification that we wouldn't have a car at our arrival. Online it shows one time for closure and at the actual desk it shows 6pm. Apparently happens all the time per staff. No other options for cars at the airport. Stranded with no hotel in Flagstaff and no car to get to Sedona. You see the reservations, didn't think to reach out to customers to let them know your hours don't match what is posted?
Called to rent a car with debit card and was told it was allowed. I got to the airport and they were rude right off the bat and then was told I could not rent with my debit card. I had to change my entire trip plans with a family emergency due to being given the wrong info by the people working here. Unacceptable way to do business. Started great. Then I bought a car in California and asked if I could turn car in there in California. He said "yes, the bad news is we're trying to hold onto our fleet so it will be 350 dollars" that's more than the week rental was! And I don't see how that will help hold onto the fleet? I expected a fee maybe but this was ridiculous...
