Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina a San Francisco con consegna a Los Angeles, a metà viaggio abbiamo avuto un inconveniente, ad un certo punto tutte le spie della NS macchina si sono accese , fortunatamente la macchina andava quindi ci siamo recati nel punto Budget/AVIS nella città più vicina a noi Flagstaff e in 8 minuti a dir tanto ci hanno sostituito la macchina con una nuova. Bravi, efficienti.
James at the Avis counter at the Flagstaff airport is my most favorite person right now. I rented a car from the Phoenix airport and drove to Flagstaff. That drive was one of the scariest I have ever done. I could not drive back down to the Phoenix airport due to my fear of heights. When I called Avis to ask to drop the car off at Flagstaff they told me I would have to pay an extra $800. The lady was so rude. George and Darren are absolutely amazing. They saved our trip. George came and picked us up off the side of I-17 when our car broke down. Darren was able to get us exactly what we needed and gave us discounts to help us out. Highly recommend Budget if you need a rental!
Absolutely amazing. We were stuck on the side of the road. George picked us up on the side of the road on 1-17. Grabbed all of our belongings. Drove us to the office. Top to bottom nicest and most accommodating service. Would give 20 stars if I could.
