Not a very helpful staff. My flight landed at 11:45am. No reservation, but a car was available. Instead of making the pickup and return time 12p the lady behind the counter made it for 11am. When I returned the car at 12p I was charged an extra day. Was told by 3 different it would be reversed which never happened. I wouldn’t recommend this location. If so, check your times and fees because they will over charge you.

Waited 3 hours for a prepaid reservation at PHX. Not enough staff to prep cars. Inexcusable! I wish I could give you a zero

James was our guy at Budget car rental in Flagstaff. We picked up our rental in Phoenix and as we drove to the Grand Canyon, we had multiple problems (bald tires, filthy interior and exterior). We didn’t notice any of these when we checked out the car prior to leaving the lot despite taking a video of the exterior. We found another Budget rental on our route and when we talked with James and asked for a different car, he said no problem. He got us a much newer rental, that was clean and safe to drive. The lady working there is not friendly. I said the wiper wash fluid is not there and there are lot of vibrations in the car. I ASKED for discount she said no. But they will check the car later. Enterprise is faaar better and so customer friendly.

Amazing folks providing the smoothest service. In & out in less than 5 mins. Highly recommend, would visit again (to return the car, lol).
