They had no cars available the day before my reservation and I had to cancel. I booked weeks in advance and I find it hard to believe they don't have a single car. Budget is also way more expensive than the competitors so I'll never rent with them ever again.

Leaving another 1 star review after my one from last week. After showing up and them telling me that the car I RESERVED was not available and them offering silly alternatives, they had the audacity to charge me a $150 no show fee. DO NOT COME HERE!
horrible customer service bottom line
So frustrating and disappointing. Wasted hours trying to get the truck on moving day while these people jerked me around. I showed up with my reservation and a truck was sitting in the lot. Was told that was for someone else’s reservation- I guess mine was just meaningless?? The man at the desk said “that’s how budget rolls, they want you to find another company” when I asked him to call someone to see what could be done he asked me to leave!
