I always rent my cars from here. I love the owner, she is so nice. The cars are always so clean. I highly recommend renting cars from here.
WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! So many negative reviews, it is not worth going to - pay extra and save yourself money in the long run. The unimaginable customer service easily cost me $500 extra between Ubers, schedule changes, and the extra car rental cost because I had to end up using a completely different car rental company at the end of this nightmare experience - never again. Muy buen servicio sobre todo por la señora que nos ha atendido, simpática, resolutiva y trabajadora.
Customer service at drop off was NON-EXISTENT. Very rude. I had questions about the return and was told to call the general number. The people at the main number told me I had to speak with the counter where I dropped it off. This went back and forth, with each person telling me they could not help me, telling me the other people from budget were giving inaccurate information. I still don't have an answer to my question.
