Greg in FLL Airport is my guy... Understood the assignment got me the right vehicle. Very pleasant, funny, can't wait to come back and do business with Budget because of Greg..
Great service at the counter. Thank you! Vehicle choices at the standard rates are average to just below average style vehicles (scratches, older/basic style, etc). Not an issue if you just need to go from point A to B. Higher priced vehicles will have much better appearances
They had no cars available the day before my reservation and I had to cancel. I booked weeks in advance and I find it hard to believe they don't have a single car. Budget is also way more expensive than the competitors so I'll never rent with them ever again.
Its no Enterprise.
Leaving another 1 star review after my one from last week. After showing up and them telling me that the car I RESERVED was not available and them offering silly alternatives, they had the audacity to charge me a $150 no show fee. DO NOT COME HERE!
