Muy buen servicio sobre todo por la señora que nos ha atendido, simpática, resolutiva y trabajadora.
Customer service at drop off was NON-EXISTENT. Very rude. I had questions about the return and was told to call the general number. The people at the main number told me I had to speak with the counter where I dropped it off. This went back and forth, with each person telling me they could not help me, telling me the other people from budget were giving inaccurate information. I still don't have an answer to my question.
Worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a car rental place. Customer service sucks and one of the workers did not even want to assist us. I’ll rather walk to my destination than rent a car from them.
J’ai loué un véhicule à l’aéroport de Miami et il était très sale. Comme je demeure à FLL, je me suis rendu à cette succursale pour tenter de changer de voiture et tout s’est bien passé. On a changé de voiture sans problème et le service rendu était excellent. La dame était très gentille. Merci beaucoup! Et la voiture super propre.
Service is terrible and they take too long to attend to you.
