BEWARE! This place is a scam and budget customer service isn’t any better! Rented a Tesla for $79 for the day. To start it was filthy and only had 20% charge left.. crumbs, trash, sticky doors. JUST GROSS! (Pics below) We tried to trade it with no luck but eventually we were told another nearby location could help. However the employee there .. also gave us a hard time about getting different car… even though the Tesla DIED .. while pulling in. This place should be closed. Nasty, dirty location with nasty cars they don't clean in between the use of customers but expect you to bring the car back clean. I was told the customer brung the car back dirty 😳ok so yall don't clean them!? WTH!!! The car smelled of smoke HEAVILY! If I go to the airport they vacuum the cars out & clean them between customers. They really need to close this location. It's gone down since the new owner has taken over. Avoid if you can! Car was dirty and smelly when provided even though we picked up hours after supposed pick up time! Then they want to charge you $450 for cleaning fee even though we cleaned and took away all our trashes!
