Great customer service
I echo others who say don’t rent from this location!! There is a scam or something happening here that needs to be looked into. I rented a vehicle and when I showed up there was none on the lot. The representative told me he called others, but when I asked for the numbers of the lot her locations he called he said ‘well I just called the friends I have there’… like what?! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this location. I reserved a vehicle one month in advance, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have any cars available. There was absolutely no prior notification. To make matters worse, I even called the evening before (right before closing) to ask if I could pick the car up an hour early. At no point was I told there was an inventory issue. They failed to honor the reservation and said i could have a bigger vehicle if i was willing to pay more. Also the place was dirty.
