DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this location. I reserved a vehicle one month in advance, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have any cars available. There was absolutely no prior notification. To make matters worse, I even called the evening before (right before closing) to ask if I could pick the car up an hour early. At no point was I told there was an inventory issue. They failed to honor the reservation and said i could have a bigger vehicle if i was willing to pay more. Also the place was dirty.
The online booking through Priceline was smooth. However the morning of pickup I’m on time I get there and I am informed the option I selected for midsize was not available and they would have to upgrade me. Fine, however she then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for the upgrade! Now why would I be charged for their problem? Something I didn’t ask for, nor did I get a call prior to arrival to inform me of this change to verify if I would even be ok with paying extra. BEWARE! This place is a scam and budget customer service isn’t any better! Rented a Tesla for $79 for the day. To start it was filthy and only had 20% charge left.. crumbs, trash, sticky doors. JUST GROSS! (Pics below) We tried to trade it with no luck but eventually we were told another nearby location could help. However the employee there .. also gave us a hard time about getting different car… even though the Tesla DIED .. while pulling in.
