I was able to find a stand alone location that had a rental in Grand Prairie and they were awesome!
The car was dirty at pick up and had damage to the whole right side which made the ride noisy.
Reserved a car a month in advance and went to pick it up only to be told they didn't have it available. The guy told me that I could call other offices to see if they had anything (but not offering to make any calls on my behalf). Ended up having to go to the DFW airport for a car.
Unhelpful and unfriendly.
