DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I strongly advise others to think twice before renting from this location. I reserved a vehicle one month in advance, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have any cars available. There was absolutely no prior notification. To make matters worse, I even called the evening before (right before closing) to ask if I could pick the car up an hour early. At no point was I told there was an inventory issue. They failed to honor the reservation and said i could have a bigger vehicle if i was willing to pay more. Also the place was dirty.
The online booking through Priceline was smooth. However the morning of pickup I’m on time I get there and I am informed the option I selected for midsize was not available and they would have to upgrade me. Fine, however she then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for the upgrade! Now why would I be charged for their problem? Something I didn’t ask for, nor did I get a call prior to arrival to inform me of this change to verify if I would even be ok with paying extra.
