I like there old school printer! Very big place, but i don’t think they rent too many cars, so I am assuming it’s never really too busy. If you need a car, this place was economical, and reliabl!
I've been booking with Budget/Avis for the past 2 months off and on as needed for business. They have been very accomodating and efficient with their services.
Open at 10am and close at 1:00pm.... REALLY....that is not customer service!!!! Had to go to Enterprise to rent a car!! When Budget were at Kmart it was our GoTo rental agency!! Lack of customer service is Disappointing!!!!

CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT! I reserved a one way rental from Pennsylvania to Delaware, returning the car to the Coastal Highway location in Lewes, DE on 8/31/20. I returned the car at 2 p.m. the same day, handed the keys to the agent who assured me that was all he needed. I thought it was odd that I wasn't given a receipt so I called the Pennsylvania Agent to inform her that I just turned over the keys. She said no problem.
