Upon arrival at Long Beach Budgetlocation, there was only one agent handling check-in, resulting in an over-one-hour wait in line. This was a frustrating start to my trip. The assigned vehicle displayed an overdue oil change notice, was visibly dirty, and had a rough, hard-driving feel that made it uncomfortable to operate. Waited 1Hour and 55 minutes for a car. Didn’t have a car that we ordered. Then I get a bill for a car I didn’t have and they chained for three days after we flew out. NEVER rent with Budget at Long Beach airport.
