Waited 1Hour and 55 minutes for a car. Didn’t have a car that we ordered. Then I get a bill for a car I didn’t have and they chained for three days after we flew out. NEVER rent with Budget at Long Beach airport.
We recently rented a car from here, and have always had a good experience with Budget. This was a terrible experience. Our mini van that we reserved wasn’t ready. This lead to multiple trips to our hotel to fit everyone. We then had to go back later to swap out our smaller car when one was available. This cut in to our vacation time which was prepaid at Disneyland. This wasted time, money, and was a hassle. Nothing was done to compensate.
