I showed up at 10 am for my 10 am rental. I left with my vehicle at 11:55 am because it hadn't been cleaned. It did not have a full tank of gas. The employee was totally unapologetic. I got to the car and it had been cleaned but was still dirty. I did not want to wait in that line again, so I took it home and cleaned it myself. The customer service at the Fayetteville, AR Budget location is fantastic! Both associates we dealt with there were super NICE and HELPFUL. They genuinely cared about our rental experience. We will definitely use them again.
Literally the worse experience ever! I would never rent from budget again. lol this is the most ghetto company!
I’m so sorry to bother you but that was me reviewing in the picture and now they reported the car stolen and I’ve never been arrested before like I don’t understand why and how we got to this point. They have my card and charged it so many times and now can charge now. I have a career and it’s not my fault. Please if u r Scott the manager fix it.
