My trip was great. I had a mini van. Loved it and loved customer service
First of all I’d like to say the employees are very kind but the company is ridiculous. Rented my car for $372 get there and told that I was being given a free upgrade only for my card to be charged over $500. Leave for the trip and the oil service light comes on and there is no windshield wiper fluid. Call customer service bc we are driving cross country and didn’t want to ruin the car if it needed service. We were told to stop at the nearest Budget location and exchange the car. They want all this proof of address to match the license. The address I put on file is the address that’s on my license. I even had a paper from the DMV with that and they wanted a utility bill for what? I told them I didn’t have a utility bill that I was staying with a friend rent free and didn’t have to pay bills. How do I provide a utility bill with my name on it with the address if I’m not paying bills? I had a reservation set up for almost a week just to have to have it canceled The same day I was supposed to get it smh
