They want all this proof of address to match the license. The address I put on file is the address that’s on my license. I even had a paper from the DMV with that and they wanted a utility bill for what? I told them I didn’t have a utility bill that I was staying with a friend rent free and didn’t have to pay bills. How do I provide a utility bill with my name on it with the address if I’m not paying bills? I had a reservation set up for almost a week just to have to have it canceled The same day I was supposed to get it smh
Kristianna was so kind, helpful, and patient. Such a sweet person. The car itself was absolutely gorgeous and felt like luxury driving it for 2 weeks.
Garbage
Try to reserve online multiple times kept telling me invalid credit card number and I used five different cards. Then I called the local number multiple times never got an answer all day always was rolled over to a call center. They went to book me and got down to the end so they were having difficulties and that I would have to book it in the store. Now online it gave me a car and just the payment couldn't go through.
